Welcome to Set Free Ministries for Life. By accessing this website, purchasing services, or participating in coaching sessions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or services.

Set Free Ministries for Life provides Christian life coaching services rooted in biblical principles and spiritual encouragement.

Life coaching:

• Is not licensed therapy
• Is not counseling or mental health treatment
• Is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
• Is not legal or financial advice

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, medical issues, or crisis situations, please seek appropriate licensed professional care or call 911 in an emergency.

You understand and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
• Coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• You choose to participate voluntarily.

Spiritual growth, personal transformation, and freedom require personal commitment and responsibility.

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with discretion and respect.

However, confidentiality may be limited if:

• Required by Florida or federal law
• There is risk of harm to yourself or others
• Records are subpoenaed or legally compelled

Electronic communications (email, text, video platforms) cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

• Payment is required prior to scheduled coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session to receive a refund or credit applied to a future session. Missed sessions or late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or a credit.

All website content, materials, devotionals, worksheets, programs, branding, and resources provided by Set Free Ministries for Life are the intellectual property of the ministry and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Materials are for personal use only.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality
• Misuse contact forms or booking systems

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Set Free Ministries for Life shall not be liable for:

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.
